Full Stack .NET Developer

About the Role

We are a SaaS-based startup with strong growth potential, building and operating enterprise-grade applications used by live customers. We are looking for a Full Stack .NET Developer to work on production systems that are already in use.

This role is hands-on and critical to our day-to-day operations. You will be responsible for maintaining system stability, resolving production issues, supporting deployments, and handling client escalations. The position offers real ownership, learning, and growth opportunities as the company scales.

This is a 100% onsite role based in our Jaipur office.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and enhance existing .NET-based web applications
• Identify, debug, and resolve production issues and bugs
• Implement small enhancements and improvements in live systems
• Handle production incidents and application downtime efficiently
• Act as the first technical point of contact for client escalations
• Execute deployments and ensure backups and rollback readiness (as per defined processes)
• Communicate clearly with internal teams and clients during issue resolution
• Maintain basic technical and operational documentation
• Support and guide junior developers and interns

Required Skills

• 2–4 years of experience in web application development
• Strong hands-on experience with .NET technologies (C#, ASP.NET, Web API, etc.)
• Good understanding of databases and SQL
• Experience working on live/production systems
• Basic familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS or Azure)
• Ability to understand and work with existing or legacy codebases

• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Comfortable working on existing systems rather than greenfield projects

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
