Job Role: Full Stack MERN Developer

Overview:

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Full Stack MERN Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable web applications using the MERN (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js) stack. You will collaborate closely with designers, product managers, and other developers to deliver high-quality, user-centric solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, test, and deploy full-stack web applications using the MERN stack.
• Build reusable, scalable, and efficient front-end and back-end components.
• Work with RESTful APIs, third-party integrations, and database systems (MongoDB).
• Ensure responsive UI/UX design with React.js and modern front-end practices.
• Implement secure authentication, authorisation, and data management systems.
• Optimise applications for maximum performance, speed, and scalability.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (designers, product, QA) to deliver product features.
• Stay up to date with emerging web development trends and best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer with a focus on the MERN stack.
• Strong proficiency in React.js, Node.js, Express.js, and MongoDB.
• Experience with REST APIs, JSON, and asynchronous request handling.
• Good understanding of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+).
• Familiarity with version control systems (Git/GitHub).
• Knowledge of deployment processes (AWS, Heroku, Vercel, or similar).
• Strong problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Preferred (Nice-to-Have):

• Experience with TypeScript and Next.js.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodology.
