Full Stack Lead Developer (AI Solutions)

Overview:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining high-quality applications and systems, with a strong focus on AI-driven solutions. They will also be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining testable, scalable, and high-performance code across both frontend and backend services. The candidate should have experience in building cloud-based applications, integrating AI/ML models, and working with modern web technologies and distributed systems.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain quality software applications and scalable web solutions.
• Analyze, design, and implement highly testable code and high-performance applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Ensure responsiveness and cross-platform compatibility of applications.
• Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve application bugs and bottlenecks.
• Integrate third-party services, APIs, and AI models into applications.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and AI inference efficiency.
• Implement real-time features using WebSockets and other event-driven architectures.
• Work on distributed systems involving message queues such as Kafka or Redis and manage cloud-based infrastructure.
• Develop and deploy AI-powered solutions, including NLP models, recommendation engines, and intelligent automation systems.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, AI, or a related field.
• 4+ years of proven experience as a Full Stack Engineer, working with both frontend and backend technologies.
• Proficiency in one or more frontend technologies: React, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML, CSS.
• Proficiency in backend technologies: Java, Python, SQL, Kafka or Redis.
• Experience in developing and deploying cloud-based applications.
• Strong understanding of WebSockets for real-time communication.
• Good knowledge of relational databases like SQL.
• Familiarity with CI/CD processes and cloud services (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
• Experience working with AI/ML frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, OpenAI API, or LangChain.
• Knowledge of NLP, data engineering, and AI model integration in web applications.

• Experience in system design and software architecture will be an added advantage.

• Should have managed/ mentored a 2-3 member team

Nice to Have:

• Familiarity with building and scaling Applicant Tracking Systems, job portals, or online communities.
• Understanding of microservices architecture and distributed systems.
• Knowledge of containerization tools like Docker and orchestration with Kubernetes.
• Experience with vector databases and embedding models for AI applications.
