Full-Stack Java Developer

Key Responsibilities:

User-Centric Development

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business use-cases, pain points, and translate them into software requirements.

Architecture & Design

• Create scalable architecture designs outlining application components, APIs, data flows, and UI frameworks.

Full-Stack Implementation

• Build front-end UIs using Angular, Vue, PrimeNG, AG Grid, or Syncfusion.
• Develop robust backend services and REST APIs using Java, Spring Boot, and ORM frameworks.

Cloud-Native Deployment (GCP)

• Develop and deploy microservices on Google Cloud Platform (GCP) or Containers-as-a-Service (CaaS) platforms.

Testing & Quality Assurance

• Define and implement unit, integration, and automated tests. Support continuous integration and delivery pipelines.

Agile Collaboration

• Work in agile teams, participate in sprint ceremonies, and deliver high-quality code in iterative releases.

Security & Compliance

• Implement secure coding practices including encryption, anonymization, and data protection.

Continuous Improvement

• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies, frameworks, and architectural best practices. Continuously improve code quality and performance.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Languages & Frameworks:
• Advanced proficiency in Java, J2EE, Spring Boot, REST APIs, and Object-Oriented Design
• Hands-on experience in UI/UX development using Angular, Vue, PrimeNG, AG Grid, or Syncfusion
• Cloud & DevOps:
• Experience deploying applications to GCP Cloud Platform or similar environments
• Familiarity with CI/CD, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and cloud-native design patterns
• Database & Persistence:
• Solid understanding of RDBMS (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL)
• Experience with ORM frameworks like Hibernate or JPA
• Development Practices:
• Agile methodologies (Scrum or Kanban)
• Familiarity with test-driven development, code reviews, and continuous integration
• Soft Skills:
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Analytical mindset and problem-solving ability
• Self-starter with ownership and accountability

Experience Requirements:

• Required:
• 6+ years in IT
• 4+ years in full-stack development (Java + modern JS frameworks)
• Preferred:
• Experience in change management practices
• Exposure to microservices architecture, design patterns, and domain-driven design

Education:

• Required: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field
• Preferred: Advanced certifications in Java, Angular, or Cloud (e.g., GCP Associate Cloud Engineer)
