Full Stack Developer

Backend – Required Skills

• Advanced Python development (performance-focused).
• Expertise in AWS (Lambda, DynamoDB, S3, API Gateway, AWS SAM).
• 4–7 years hands-on Python experience.
• Strong understanding of DynamoDB data modeling & performance tuning.
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools & Docker (plus).
• Strong problem-solving and debugging abilities.

Frontend – Required Skills

• Proficiency in React.js (Hooks, Context API, functional components).
• Strong in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3/SCSS.
• State management (Redux/Context).
• REST API integration.
• Experience with frontend build tools (Webpack, Vite, Babel).
• Git & version control workflows.
• Responsive design and cross-browser compatibility.
• Familiarity with UI libraries (PrimeReact, MUI).
• Experience with AWS Amplify for React apps.

Soft Skills & Client Interaction

• Strong communication (verbal & written).
• Ability to understand client-reported issues & translate into solutions.
• Proactive, transparent, and collaborative approach with clients & teams.
