Full Stack Engineer

As a Fullstack Engineer at our company, you will play a crucial role in the development of a new AI-driven product from the ground up. Your focus on innovation, prototyping, and product development will be instrumental in defining the technical direction and architecture of the product. You will have the opportunity to lead a team of junior Engineers as the project progresses. - Design, build, and iterate on Proof of Concepts for new AI-powered features. - Lead the development of scalable web applications spanning frontend to backend. - Collaborate with product and AI/ML teams to integrate APIs and machine learning models. - Make strategic decisions on architecture, tooling, and infrastructure. - Deploy, monitor, and maintain applications in production environments. - Define coding standards, documentation practices, and development workflows. - Oversee the full Software Development Life Cycle. To thrive in this role, you should have: - Strong experience in fullstack development. - Proven track record of building and deploying web applications. - Familiarity with AI/ML product POCs, model integration, and API-based ML services. - Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, JSON, and modern frontend frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue. - Proficiency in frontend and backend technologies, DevOps practices, and rapid prototyping in a fast-paced setting. - Strong problem-solving skills, a startup mindset, and leadership or mentorship potential. Moreover, experience with MLOps, ML model lifecycle, LLMs, vector databases, or AI service platforms like OpenAI, HuggingFace, Pinecone, exposure to data engineering, and startup or product development involvement will be advantageous.
