A typical day involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and implement innovative solutions that enhance user experience and optimize backend processes. You will leverage new technologies and methodologies to address complex business challenges, ensuring that the services provided to clients are efficient and effective. Your role will also include continuous learning and adaptation to emerging trends in technology, contributing to a dynamic and agile work environment. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Mentor junior team members to foster their professional growth. - Continuously evaluate and improve development processes to enhance team efficiency. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Computer System Validation (CSV). - Strong understanding of software development life cycle methodologies. - Experience with cloud technologies and agile development practices. - Proficient in programming languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript. - Familiarity with database management systems and data modeling. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Computer System Validation (CSV). - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
