Full Stack Engineer

About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced and highly skilled Lead Full Stack Developer to join our team in Pune. This role requires a proactive technical leader who can take ownership of the full development lifecycle—from requirement analysis and architecture design to development, deployment, and maintenance. You will work closely with stakeholders, product owners, and cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, high-performance applications using modern technologies and cloud-native solutions.

Technical Skills:

• Front-End:

Strong expertise in React, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, TypeScript

High attention to detail and experience with CSS frameworks

• Back-End:

Strong experience with C#.NET, .NET Core, ASP.NET Web API, Dapper

Experience designing Microservices and Event-Driven Architecture (e.g., Kafka)

• Databases:

Proficiency with MSSQL

Familiarity with non-relational databases: Azure Table Storage, Blob Storage, Cosmos DB.

• Cloud and DevOps:

Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure, especially serverless architecture

Strong understanding of CI/CD Pipelines, Git Repositories, Containerization

• Software Engineering Fundamentals:

Deep knowledge of OOP, SOLID principles, Design Patterns, Service-Oriented Architecture

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end technical development of projects, ensuring high-quality and timely delivery.
• Analyze business and technical requirements to design scalable and efficient application architectures.
• Act as the primary technical point of contact for stakeholders and provide expert guidance throughout the project lifecycle.
• Collaborate with product owners and business teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Ensure best practices in software development including clean code, maintainability, performance, and security.
• Write and maintain technical documentation including architectural designs, release notes, and functional specifications.
• Mentor and support team members to foster technical growth and collaboration.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.

Required Qualifications and Experience:

• Education:

  Master’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

• Experience:

  Minimum of 6 to 10 years of hands-on experience in full stack application development.

• Leadership:

  Proven experience leading development teams and delivering complex projects.
