Full Stack Engineer Lead

Seeking a Tech Lead with 10+ years of experience in software development, possessing expertise in JavaScript, Node.js, AWS, databases, and leadership in Agile environments. The position is based in Kochi. To be considered for this role, you should have: - Over 10 years of total work experience in full-cycle software development projects - At least 3 years of experience as a Tech Lead - Developed a minimum of 2 software applications from scratch - Proficiency in JavaScript, Typescript, and Node.js - Strong skills in No-SQL MongoDB designing and querying - Proficient in SQL, with the ability to work with SQL Server and Postgres - Experience with AWS Lambda, S3, RDS, and API Gateway - Familiarity with front end UI frameworks and libraries such as React and React Native - Knowledge of Scrum methodologies, sprint planning, project planning, estimation, and product feature management - Experience in managing teams of developers through design, architecture, code reviews, and technical guidance - Willingness to learn and grow within a team, with self-starting and self-learning abilities - Excellent problem-solving, verbal, and written communication skills - A strong team player with a positive energy who can work independently - Comfortable working in a remote or hybrid environment - Ability to code new features, troubleshoot problems, and identify areas for improvement - Effective communication with team members both offshore and onsite Preferred qualifications that would make you stand out: - AWS Certifications - Experience with Docker, containers, Kubernetes, and microservices - Familiarity with Python, and past experience with Java or .NET - Knowledge of serverless coding on AWS Lambda or Azure Functions - Experience with Azure Devops - Previous work in Scrum Teams - Deep understanding of DevOps and SRE principles, with experience in implementing DevOps best practices such as test automation, CI/CD, metrics, and monitoring - A 4-year bachelor's degree Benefits will be discussed during the hiring process.,
