Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Full Stack Java Developer with 4–6 years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable web applications. The ideal candidate should have strong problem-solving abilities and be proficient in Java, React.js, and SQL, along with a solid understanding of modern web technologies and microservices architecture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications using Java, Spring Boot, React.js, and SQL.
• Build and integrate microservices for scalable and modular applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
• Implement and manage Redux/ReduxJS for state management in React applications.
• Perform code reviews and mentor junior developers.
• Analyze data and provide insights using data analytics tools and techniques.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and apply them to improve development efficiency.
• Troubleshoot and debug applications to ensure optimal performance.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 4–6 years of professional experience as a Full Stack Developer.
• Strong proficiency in:
• Java, Spring Boot, Microservices
• React.js, Redux/ReduxJS, JavaScript
• SQL and relational databases
• Experience with RESTful APIs and web services.
• Familiarity with version control tools like Git.
• Good understanding of data analytics concepts and tools.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to learn and adapt quickly to changing technologies and environments.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Knowledge of containerization tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
