We are currently seeking a Full Stack Developer with a growth-oriented mindset, driven to contribute significantly to a startup environment. Responsibilities

• Architecting and developing production-ready applications from scratch, owning the entire technical stack
• Building robust backend APIs and services that handle real-time data processing and third-party integrations
• Creating responsive, high-performance frontend interfaces focused on exceptional user experience
• Integrating with various social media APIs, payment gateways, and messaging platforms (WhatsApp/Telegram)
• Implementing real-time features using WebSockets, webhooks, and event-driven architectures
• Setting up and maintaining CI/CD pipelines, monitoring systems, and deployment infrastructure
• Making critical technical decisions on architecture, frameworks, and scaling strategies
• Writing clean, documented, and testable code while establishing coding standards for future team members
• Optimizing application performance, ensuring sub-second response times and 99.9% uptime
• Collaborating directly with the founder on product strategy and technical roadmap

You'll be a good fit if

• You have at least 2-3 years of experience building full-stack applications that are currently in production
• You're proficient in Node.js/TypeScript OR Python/FastAPI for backend, and React/Next.js for frontend
• You have hands-on experience with PostgreSQL/MySQL and Redis for caching
• You've integrated multiple third-party APIs and handled webhook-based real-time updates
• You're comfortable with DevOps - setting up servers, deployment pipelines, and monitoring
• You have a builder's mindset - you've shipped side projects or contributed to open source
• You can work independently, make technical decisions quickly, and take full ownership of deliverables
• You're excited about early-stage startups where you'll wear multiple hats and ship fast
• Experience with AI/ML integration, WhatsApp Business API, or creator tools is a plus
