Lead Full-Stack Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and guide remote/offshore engineering teams.
• Define technical architecture and ensure scalability, reliability, and security of all systems.
• Oversee full SDLC, Agile processes, and CI/CD workflows.
• Collaborate closely with product and business teams to translate requirements into robust technical solutions.
• Conduct code reviews, enforce best practices, and maintain high engineering standards.
• Manage deployments, cloud infrastructure, and observability tools.
• Work cross-functionally with AI and data teams to support AI-driven product features.

• Proven experience as a Senior/Lead Developer managing distributed teams.
• Expert-level understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies, CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong communication and decision-making skills.
