About the Role

As a Full-Stack Developer at Beatly.AI, you’ll be an contributor focused on designing and developing robust, scalable applications using the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js). You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams in an on-site, fast-paced environment to build user-facing features and backend services that power our AI healthcare solutions. It’s a hands-on opportunity for developers who thrive on building and shipping high-quality software.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain full-stack applications using the MERN stack.

• Develop responsive user interfaces with React.js.

• Design and integrate RESTful APIs and third-party services.

• Ensure applications are optimized for speed, performance, and scalability.

• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code.

• Work closely with designers and product managers to translate ideas into functional products.

• Identify, debug, and resolve issues across the full stack.

• Contribute to code reviews and ongoing product improvements.

• Stay up to date with new technologies and best practices in software development.

Requirements

• Proven experience of 3+ years as a Full-Stack or MERN Stack Developer.

• Strong proficiency in MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js.

• Experience working with RESTful APIs and asynchronous programming.

• Familiarity with version control systems (Git/GitHub).

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to thrive in a collaborative, on-site environment.

Nice to Have

• Experience with TypeScript or GraphQL.

• Familiarity with Docker, CI/CD, or Kubernetes.

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure).

• Knowledge of automated testing and TDD.
