About the Role We are looking for a Full Stack Developer who can take our Figma MVP and turn it into a production system. This role is for someone who can build fast, think independently, and work across both mobile and dashboard development. You will work directly with the CTO and CEO to deliver the core ServPatch platform used by care homes and domiciliary providers. What You’ll Build You will work on the most critical modules of our platform: • Resident profiles and care plans • Medication workflows • Incident management • Emergency Mode system • Training and compliance engine • Manager dashboards and reporting • Mobile app + admin dashboard integration This is not a narrow role. You are expected to build both frontend and backend, make technical decisions, and shape the architecture. Key Responsibilities • Build and maintain end-to-end features across frontend and backend • Convert Figma designs into functional mobile and web interfaces • Develop secure APIs, workflows, and database structures • Ensure fast, stable, and scalable platform performance • Implement authentication, RBAC, and audit logging • Collaborate directly with founders to prioritise features • Set technical standards and help refine our engineering roadmap • Work on quick iterations to support pilot deployments Technical Requirements You should be strong in: • React & React Native • Node.js, Express or NestJS • PostgreSQL or similar relational DB • TypeScript • Docker • REST APIs • Git and CI basics Bonus: • Experience with healthcare or compliance systems • Experience building mobile-first platforms • Understanding of security protocols and GDPR best practices Who We Want • Someone who ships fast, not someone who polishes for months • Someone who can think like a founder and take ownership • Someone who understands that early-stage work is messy but meaningful • Someone who wants to build a real product, not just complete tasks Why Join Us Opportunity: We're bootstrapping for the first 3 months with milestone-based bonuses.
