About the Role

We’re looking for a passionate Full Stack Developer with a strong foundation in Python and experience in building scalable backend systems for high-traffic applications. The ideal candidate has a solid understanding of D2C or e-commerce platforms and can work across the stack to build performant and user-centric digital experiences.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using Python (Django, FastAPI, or Flask).
• Build, document, and maintain RESTful and GraphQL APIs.
• Work with relational and non-relational databases like PostgreSQL and MongoDB.
• Collaborate with DevOps to manage AWS infrastructure (EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, etc.).
• Contribute to front-end codebases built with React.js and Next.js.
• Optimize application performance and ensure high availability and reliability.
• Participate in architecture discussions, code reviews, and agile ceremonies.
• Translate business needs (especially around e-commerce flows like checkout, inventory, pwersonalization, etc.) into scalable tech solutions.

Key Qualifications & Skills

• 4–6 years of experience as a full stack developer with a strong backend focus.
• Strong academic background — graduates from Tier-1 institutes (IIT, IIM, ISB, NIFT, NID, NIT, etc.) preferred.
• Proficient in

• Experience working with
