Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop new features and enhance existing functionality.
  • Maintain scalable, extensible, and high-performing system architecture.
  • Perform code reviews, write unit tests, and drive continuous improvement.
  • Build tools for automation and productivity.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver business solutions.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve functional, performance, and production issues.
  • Research and adopt new technologies for product enhancement.


Required Skills & Experience:

  • 8+ years in software development with strong expertise in C#, ASP.NET (MVC, RESTful APIs), .NET Framework 4.8 & .NET 8.
  • Proficiency in Angular/React, SQL Server, ORM tools (Dapper/Entity Framework).
  • Strong understanding of OOD, design patterns, dependency injection.
  • Experience with microservices, Azure cloud development, and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Knowledge of messaging protocols (REST, SOAP, WSDL, X12).
  • Secure coding practices (OWASP) and debugging/performance optimization.
  • Familiarity with unit testing frameworks (NUnit, MSTest, Moq).
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.


Preferred Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • Experience with distributed/messaging systems (Azure Service Bus, RabbitMQ, NServiceBus).
  • TDD, automated testing, and front-end testing (Jest, Cypress, Playwright).
  • Healthcare domain knowledge (HIPAA, RCM, Patient Accounting).
  • Familiarity with performance monitoring tools (e.g., Prometheus).
  • Mentoring and team development skills.
