Job Title: Full Stack Developer (MERN Stack) Location: Noida Experience: 2 – 5 Years Job Type: Full-time About the Role: We are looking for a skilled Full Stack Developer (MERN) to join our growing development team. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining scalable web applications using MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js. The ideal candidate is passionate about clean code, efficient design patterns, and building user-centric experiences. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, test, and deploy web applications using MERN stack. Build reusable components and front-end libraries for future use. Collaborate with UI/UX designers, product managers, and other developers to build responsive and performant web interfaces. Integrate RESTful APIs and third-party services. Write clean, modular, and scalable code following best practices. Maintain code integrity and organization using Git. Optimize applications for speed and scalability. Troubleshoot and debug issues in a timely manner. Required Skills: Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React.js, and Node.js Experience with MongoDB (or any NoSQL DB), Express.js Familiarity with front-end technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, TailwindCSS/Bootstrap Experience with RESTful API integration and development. Knowledge of state management tools like Redux, Context API. Hands-on experience with version control (Git). Familiarity with deployment tools (Heroku, Netlify, Vercel, or AWS). Understanding of unit testing and modern testing libraries. Good to Have: Experience with Next.js or TypeScript. Basic knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD pipelines. Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies. SEO optimization techniques for SPAs. Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
