Job Type: Contractual (Remote – Live Online Classes)

Compensation: Up to 80,000/month + Bonus

About Us

We are a staffing and edtech company launching a high-demand job-oriented Full Stack Development course aimed at helping freshers and working professionals transition into tech roles. Our program focuses on practical training, project-based learning, and placement support.

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Full Stack Trainer (MERN Stack) to deliver live online training, guide learners through real-world projects, and mentor them to become job-ready.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct live online classes (Zoom) 3–5 times a week (2 hrs/session)
• Deliver content on:
• HTML, CSS, JavaScript
• React.js, Node.js, Express.js
• MongoDB, REST APIs
• Git, GitHub, Deployment (Vercel/Heroku)
• Guide students through hands-on projects and code reviews
• Provide doubt-solving sessions, assignment feedback, and mentoring
• Support resume preparation, interview readiness, and GitHub portfolio reviews
• Record sessions for self-paced learners (optional)
• Collaborate with course coordinator to improve content quality

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience as a Full Stack Developer (MERN preferred)
• Prior training/mentorship/teaching experience (preferred)
• Excellent/Strong communication and presentation skills
• Ability to explain complex concepts in simple terms
• Familiarity with remote teaching tools (Zoom, Google Drive, WhatsApp, etc.)

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Experience in DevOps, Docker, CI/CD
• Resume-building or job coaching experience
• Previous experience with bootcamps or online teaching platforms

Job Types: Part-time, Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: Up to ₹80,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 35 per week
