Full Stack Developer

Vistaar Webx is seeking a skilled and motivated Full Stack Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of both front-end and back-end development, with expertise in React JS, React Native, and the MERN stack. You will play a key role in managing projects from conception to deployment while ensuring timely delivery under tight deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and develop full-stack applications using React JS, React Native, and the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express, React, Node.js).

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.

- Work on both client-side and server-side code, ensuring seamless integration.

- Manage project timelines, goals, and deliverables while maintaining code quality and best practices.

- Debug, test, and optimize performance to ensure smooth user experiences.

- Handle deployment, maintenance, and troubleshooting of web and mobile applications.

- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer.

- Proficiency in React JS, React Native, and MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React, Node.js).

- Strong understanding of web fundamentals (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).

- Experience with RESTful APIs, web services, and database management.

- Ability to manage and deliver projects on time, under tight deadlines.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Nice to Have:

- Familiarity with version control (Git) and CI/CD pipelines.

- Experience in deploying applications to cloud services (AWS, Google Cloud).

- Knowledge of mobile-first design and responsive web applications.
