We are looking for a skilled Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in .NET Core and React to design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications. The ideal candidate should have experience in both frontend and backend development, database management, and modern development practices, with a focus on building high-quality, performant, and secure applications. Key Responsibilities Full Stack Development Design, develop, and test web applications using .NET Core (backend) and React (frontend). API Development & Integration Build RESTful APIs and integrate with third-party APIs/services. Frontend Development Develop responsive and interactive UIs with React, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3. Implement state management using Redux or Context API. Backend Development Implement business logic, data processing, and secure API endpoints using .NET Core. Utilize ORM frameworks such as Entity Framework. Database Management Design and optimize database schemas. Write efficient SQL queries for SQL Server. Code Quality & Standards Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code. Follow coding standards, conduct code reviews, and ensure best practices. Testing & Debugging Apply frontend testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library). Use backend testing frameworks (xUnit, NUnit). Debug and troubleshoot issues to ensure system stability and performance. Continuous Improvement Stay updated on latest trends and technologies in .NET, React, and web development. Suggest and implement improvements for performance, scalability, and maintainability. Technical Skills Required Frontend: React, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, Redux/Context API, Webpack/Vite. Backend: .NET Core (C#), REST API development, Entity Framework/ORM. Database: SQL Server (schema design, query optimization). Version Control: Git & version control workflows. Testing: Jest, React Testing Library, xUnit, NUnit. Nice-to-Have / Preferred Skills Knowledge of Docker and containerization. Experience with microservices architecture . Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies . Familiarity with performance monitoring and optimization tools . Soft Skills Strong problem-solving and debugging skills. Ability to collaborate in cross-functional teams. Excellent communication and documentation skills. Proactive, detail-oriented, and committed to continuous learning.
