Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and customize Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and declarative features. Implement Salesforce security models including roles, profiles, permission sets, and sharing rules. Create and manage email/communication templates and workflows to improve business processes. Integrate Salesforce with Google Drive, AWS, and MuleSoft using Agentforce and other APIs. Develop and maintain automation using Process Builder, Flows, and other Salesforce tools. Work on Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, or Revenue Cloud to deliver customer-centric solutions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including administrators, business analysts, and project managers. Conduct testing, debugging, and deployment activities following Salesforce best practices. Stay up to date with Salesforce releases, features, and industry trends. Nice-to-Have Skills Knowledge of DevOps tools like Copado or Git-based deployment. Experience with Einstein Analytics or Tableau CRM. Exposure to CI/CD pipeline management in Salesforce projects.
