Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Full-Stack Developer with 8+ years of expertise in designing, developing, and maintaining web applications. The ideal candidate will have strong proficiency in both front-end and back-end technologies, hands-on experience with cloud platforms, and the ability to lead projects, mentor junior developers, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable, secure, and efficient web applications.
• Work across the full software development life cycle: requirement gathering, design, coding, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
• Develop responsive UI using modern front-end frameworks (React.js, Angular, or Vue.js).
• Build and optimize RESTful APIs / GraphQL and integrate with third-party services.
• Manage server-side development using Node.js, Java, .NET, or Python (based on stack).
• Design and optimize database structures (SQL/NoSQL – MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.).
• Implement CI/CD pipelines and ensure smooth deployment processes.
• Ensure best practices in coding standards, architecture design, and application performance.
• Collaborate with product managers, UX/UI designers, QA engineers, and DevOps teams.
• Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior developers.
• Stay up to date with the latest trends in full-stack development, cloud services, and security.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 8+ years of professional full-stack development experience.
• Proficiency in front-end technologies: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), React.js/Angular/Vue.js.
• Strong back-end expertise in Node.js, Java (Spring Boot), Python (Django/Flask), or .NET Core.
• Hands-on experience with databases: SQL (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MS SQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB, Redis).
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Knowledge of software architecture, microservices, and design patterns.
• Experience with version control (Git), CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI).
• Strong problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and leadership skills.

Preferred/Good to Have:

• Experience in mobile application development (React Native, Flutter).
• Exposure to serverless architecture and event-driven systems.
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Contribution to open-source projects or tech communities.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹1,200,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
