Job Summary We are looking for a skilled Full Stack Developer to build scalable web applications and deliver end-to-end solutions. You will be responsible for both front-end and back-end development, designing user interactions, developing servers and databases, and ensuring cross-platform optimization. In this role, you should be comfortable with both front-end and back-end coding, have a keen eye for detail, and be passionate about building high-performing applications. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team are essential. Your goal will be to work with internal teams to design, develop, and maintain robust web applications. Responsibilities and Duties Participate in requirements analysis and translate business needs into technical solutions. Collaborate with designers, developers, and stakeholders to build efficient software architecture. Develop front-end applications using modern frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, or Vue). Design and implement back-end services, APIs, and databases (SQL/NoSQL). Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code across the stack. Test, debug, and deploy applications. Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and security. Maintain and improve existing systems by monitoring performance and troubleshooting issues. Develop technical documentation throughout the software development life cycle (SDLC). Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry best practices. Required Experience, Skills, and Qualifications Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer or similar role. Strong proficiency with front-end technologies: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue). Proficiency in back-end technologies such as Node.js, Python, Java, or .NET. Experience with databases (SQL and NoSQL such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB). Familiarity with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and microservices architecture. Knowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git). Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is a plus. Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies. Strong problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
