Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of applications using the MERN stack.
• Architect scalable backend services and REST/GraphQL APIs.
• Good English communication skills (written and verbal) for effective client and stakeholder communication.
• Develop responsive, user-friendly, and high-performance frontends with React.js.
• Work with databases (MongoDB, SQL) to design schemas, optimize queries, and ensure data integrity.
• Ensure application security, performance, and scalability.
• Integrate with third-party APIs and services.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and QA engineers to deliver high-quality products.
• Review code, enforce best practices, and mentor junior developers.
• Contribute to the CI/CD process, testing automation, and DevOps integration.

Requirements

• 1+ years of hands-on experience in full-stack web development.
• Strong proficiency in MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js.
• Solid understanding of JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript (preferred), and asynchronous programming.
• Experience with state management libraries (Redux, MobX, or Recoil).
• Familiarity with microservices, RESTful APIs.
• Proficient with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing frameworks (Jest, Mocha, Cypress).
• Strong problem-solving, debugging, and performance optimisation skills.

Excellent communication and leadership abilities.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
