Key Responsibilities

• Product Strategy & Delivery
• Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap with a focus on healthcare technology solutions.
• Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation to release and post-launch improvements.
• Manage product backlog, prioritize features, and align with business and compliance requirements.
• Healthcare Compliance & Standards
• Ensure products adhere to relevant healthcare regulations and standards (e.g., HIPAA, HL7, FHIR, GDPR, or equivalent).
• Collaborate with compliance, legal, and security teams to incorporate regulatory requirements into product design.
• Stay updated on evolving healthcare laws, data protection requirements, and patient safety standards.
• Agile Leadership
• Act as Scrum Master, facilitating Agile ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, reviews).
• Remove blockers, foster collaboration, and ensure adherence to agile best practices.
• Mentor and guide cross-functional teams to drive productivity and accountability.
• Stakeholder & Market Engagement
• Conduct market research and customer interviews with healthcare professionals, providers, and patients to uncover opportunities.
• Partner with stakeholders across product, engineering, compliance, and operations teams.
• Translate business and compliance needs into product features and measurable outcomes.
• Data-Driven Decisions
• Use analytics and reporting to evaluate product performance, adoption, and compliance alignment.

Ensure patient data handling follows privacy and security best practices.

Requirements:

• 5+ years as Scrum Master/Project Manager
• Facilitate Agile/Scrum processes (sprints, stand-ups, retrospectives).
• Coach teams, remove impediments, and promote collaboration.
• Proficient in JIRA or similar tools for sprint tracking.
• Strong conflict resolution and English communication skills.
• Drive continuous improvement in team processes.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
