Job Title: Full-Stack Developer (TypeScript) – Mid-Level
Type: Work from Office (5 days working)
Shift Timings: 6 AM to 3 PM IST
About the Role
We’re hiring a mid-level Full-Stack Developer to work across the stack—database → APIs → React UI—using modern TypeScript. You’ll pick up varied tasks, collaborate closely with product/design, and ship high-quality features with strong communication and ownership.
Key Responsibilities
• Design, build, and maintain React frontends and Node.js (Express/NestJS) backends in TypeScript.
• Model relational data, write performant SQL, and design clean REST/GraphQL APIs.
• Write automated tests (unit/integration/e2e) and participate in code reviews.
• Own CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions/Azure DevOps), trunk-based workflows, and releases.
• Monitor and improve performance, reliability, and security (authZ/authN, OWASP basics).
• Collaborate with stakeholders; break down requirements into technical plans; document decisions.
• Troubleshoot production issues end-to-end; deliver incremental, well-scoped improvements.
Required Skills & Experience
• 5 years building production frontends with React + TypeScript (hooks, state mgmt, routing, bundlers).
• 3–5 years building backends with Node.js + TypeScript (Express/NestJS), with hands-on SQL (PostgreSQL/MySQL/SQL Server), schema design, indexing, query optimization, and API design.
• Solid grasp of Git/GitHub (branching, PRs, reviews), CI/CD (pipelines, artifacts, envs), and testing (Jest/Vitest, Playwright/Cypress).
• Strong English communication—clear specs, crisp updates, proactive stakeholder alignment.
• Degree in Software/Computer Engineering from a Tier-1 university.
Nice to Have
• ORM experience (Prisma/TypeORM), Next.js, and component libraries (MUI/Tailwind).
• Cloud exposure (Azure/AWS), containers (Docker), and basic infra as code.
• Security & auth: OAuth/OIDC, session management, RBAC.
• Observability: logging, tracing, dashboards (e.g., OpenTelemetry, Grafana).
• Performance tuning (web vitals, API latency) and accessibility (a11y) best practices.
