Position Overview

Full Stack Developer

Key Responsibilities

Application Development

• Design, develop, and maintain web applications using

  Next.js, React, and Node.js

  .
• Build reusable, responsive, and scalable UI components with

  React & Next.js

  .
• Develop server-side APIs, microservices, and integrations using

  Node.js & Express.js (or similar frameworks)

  .

Architecture & Performance

• Participate in system design discussions and contribute to architectural decisions.
• Optimize applications for

  speed, scalability, and SEO (SSR, SSG, ISR in Next.js)

  .
• Ensure efficient database queries and API response times.

Collaboration

• Work closely with product managers, UI/UX designers, and other developers to deliver high-quality features.
• Collaborate with DevOps and QA teams for smooth CI/CD, testing, and deployment processes.

Best Practices & Code Quality

• Write

  clean, testable, and maintainable code

  following industry best practices.
• Conduct code reviews, provide mentorship, and ensure adherence to coding standards.
• Implement

  unit tests, integration tests, and end-to-end testing

  frameworks (e.g., Jest, Cypress).

Problem Solving & Innovation

• Identify technical risks and propose solutions proactively.
• Stay up to date with the latest trends in

  JavaScript, React ecosystem, and Node.js development

  .
• Continuously improve application performance and developer workflows.

Required Skills & Experience

• Education:

  Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent hands-on experience).

• Experience:

  4–7 years of professional experience in full-stack development.

Technical Skills

• Strong expertise in

  Next.js (SSR, SSG, ISR), React.js, Hooks, Context API, Redux, Zustand, or other state management libraries

  .
• Solid back-end development experience with

  Node.js, Express.js, and RESTful/GraphQL APIs

  .
• Hands-on experience with

  databases

  (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or similar).
• Proficiency in

  JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript

  .
• Strong knowledge of

  HTML5, CSS3, TailwindCSS, Material UI, or similar UI frameworks

  .
• Experience with

  authentication & authorization flows (JWT, OAuth, SSO, etc.)

  .
• Familiarity with

  CI/CD pipelines, Git, Docker, and cloud platforms (GCP/AWS/Azure)

  .
• Knowledge of

  testing frameworks

  (Jest, Mocha, Cypress) and debugging tools.
• Understanding of

  scalable architecture, caching (Redis), and performance tuning

  .
