Full Stack Developer

About the Project

We are building and enhancing a healthcare SaaS application for Chronic Care Management (CCM). The platform is a voice-first AI-powered clinical documentation system that uses Large Language Models (LLMs) and Speech-to-Text AI to automate patient care workflows. We need an experienced Full Stack Developer with AI/ML integration experience to continue feature development, optimize AI pipelines, and complete integrations.

Project Scope

• Enhance existing Node.js backend with new features
• Develop React/TypeScript frontend components
• Optimize and enhance AI pipelines for medical transcription and note generation
• Implement prompt engineering for clinical documentation accuracy
• Integrate with multiple LLM providers (AWS Bedrock, OpenAI)
• Complete billing module (X12 837P claim generation)
• Connect to healthcare clearinghouse via SFTP

Responsibilities

AI/ML Engineering:

• Design and optimize LLM prompts for medical SOAP note generation
• Implement hybrid AI routing (small models for simple tasks, large models for complex)
• Integrate with AWS Bedrock for HIPAA-compliant AI processing
• Optimize Deepgram Nova-2 Medical transcription for clinical accuracy
• Implement token optimization strategies to reduce AI costs
• Build fallback mechanisms for AI service reliability
• Create evaluation pipelines to measure AI output quality
• Fine-tune prompts based on clinical feedback

Backend Development:

• Extend RESTful API endpoints for new features
• Implement X12 837P EDI file generation for healthcare claims
• Build SFTP integration for clearinghouse connectivity
• Optimize database queries and indexing

Frontend Development:

• Build new React components using TypeScript
• Enhance existing UI/UX for clinical workflows
• Create real-time AI feedback interfaces
• Implement billing and claims management interface

Required Skills

AI/ML Skills (Must Have):

• 2+ years experience integrating LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, AWS Bedrock, or similar)
• Strong understanding of prompt engineering and optimization
• Experience with Speech-to-Text APIs (Deepgram, AssemblyAI, Whisper, or similar)
• Understanding of token management and cost optimization for LLM calls
• Experience building AI pipelines in production applications
• Familiarity with RAG (Retrieval Augmented Generation) concepts

Full Stack Skills (Must Have):

• 3+ years experience with Node.js backend development
• 2+ years experience with React and TypeScript
• Strong experience with Express.js or similar frameworks
• Proficiency in SQL databases (PostgreSQL preferred)
• Experience with REST API design and implementation
• Familiarity with Docker and containerized development
• Experience with Git version control

Nice to Have

• Experience with healthcare applications or HIPAA requirements
• Knowledge of medical terminology or clinical documentation (SOAP notes)
• Experience with AWS Bedrock specifically
• Familiarity with streaming AI responses (Server-Sent Events, WebSockets)
• Experience with audio processing libraries
• Knowledge of X12 EDI formats (837P, 999, 277)
• Experience building AI evaluation frameworks
• Understanding of model fine-tuning concepts

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Contractual / Temporary

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹2,500,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 40 per week
