Compensation:

• Trial Period (3 months): ₹10,000 – ₹25,000 per month (based on skills & experience)
• Full-Time Conversion: ₹3.6 – ₹6.0 LPA (depending on performance, skill level, and responsibilities)

Position Overview:

We’re looking for a Full Stack Developer (MERN Stack) who can work across both frontend and backend to build complete web and mobile-enabled applications.

This position starts as a 3-month trial, and based on performance, will convert into a full-time role with growth opportunities and benefits.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications using React.js, Node.js, Express, and MongoDB.
• Build responsive and dynamic user interfaces using React (Hooks / Context / Redux).
• Develop RESTful APIs and backend services for data and business logic.
• Integrate third-party APIs, authentication, and cloud storage (AWS/Firebase).
• Implement and manage file/image uploads using services like S3.
• Collaborate with designers and product managers to deliver end-to-end features.
• Optimize performance, ensure security, and write clean, reusable code.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment.

Required Skills:

• Hands-on experience with JavaScript / TypeScript and ES6+ features.
• Strong knowledge of React.js, Node.js, Express, and MongoDB.
• Knowledge of React Native and/or Next.js.
• Good understanding of API integration, async data flow, and state management.
• Familiar with Git / GitHub, environment configuration, and build tools.
• Ability to write modular, scalable, and testable code.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with AWS S3, Firebase, or Cloud deployments.
• Understanding of CI/CD, Docker, or DevOps workflows.
• Prior experience with authentication, role-based access, and data validation.

Education / Experience:

• B.E./B.Tech/BCA/MCA in Computer Science or related field.
• 1–3+ years of experience (Interns / Fresh Graduates welcome).
