Position Overview: We’re looking for a Full Stack Developer (MERN Stack) who can work across both frontend and backend to build complete web and mobile-enabled applications. This position starts as a 3-month trial, and based on performance, will convert into a full-time role with growth opportunities and benefits. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications using React.js, Node.js, Express, and MongoDB. Build responsive and dynamic user interfaces using React (Hooks / Context / Redux). Develop RESTful APIs and backend services for data and business logic. Integrate third-party APIs, authentication, and cloud storage (AWS/Firebase). Implement and manage file/image uploads using services like S3. Collaborate with designers and product managers to deliver end-to-end features. Optimize performance, ensure security, and write clean, reusable code. Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment. Required Skills: Hands-on experience with JavaScript / TypeScript and ES6+ features. Strong knowledge of React.js, Node.js, Express, and MongoDB. Knowledge of React Native and/or Next.js . Good understanding of API integration, async data flow, and state management. Familiar with Git / GitHub, environment configuration, and build tools. Ability to write modular, scalable, and testable code. Nice to Have: Experience with AWS S3, Firebase, or Cloud deployments. Understanding of CI/CD, Docker, or DevOps workflows. Prior experience with authentication, role-based access, and data validation. Education / Experience: B.E./B.Tech/BCA/MCA in Computer Science or related field. 1–3+ years of experience (Interns / Fresh Graduates welcome).
