Job Description

Role Description

As a Full Stack Developer (MERN Stack), you’ll play a critical role in developing and maintaining our in-house applications, dashboards, and tools that power Hookseek’s creative and analytical workflows. You’ll collaborate closely with the design and marketing teams to bring our data-driven and content-focused products to life.


Your responsibilities include:

  • Designing, developing, and maintaining full-stack web applications using

    MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js

    .
  • Building secure RESTful APIs and integrating with third-party services (Meta, Google, etc.).
  • Implementing responsive UI/UX based on Figma or design prototypes.
  • Managing cloud deployment on AWS or similar environments.
  • Collaborating with the content and marketing teams to integrate analytics, automation, and campaign management features.
  • Writing clean, modular, and scalable code with version control (Git).
  • Troubleshooting, debugging, and optimizing applications for performance and scalability.


What You Bring:

  • Proven experience as a

    Full Stack or MERN Developer

    (minimum 3 years).
  • Proficiency in

    React.js

    ,

    Node.js

    ,

    Express

    , and

    MongoDB

    .
  • Experience with REST APIs, authentication (JWT/OAuth), and serverless deployments.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (

    AWS

    ,

    Vercel

    , or

    DigitalOcean

    ).
  • Understanding of Git workflows and agile development practices.
  • Bonus: Experience in

    Next.js

    ,

    TypeScript

    , or

    Socket.io

    .
  • Strong sense of ownership and a proactive mindset.

  • Immediate availability
