Performance Marketing Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across channels such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other digital platforms.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics to ensure ROI targets are met.
• Conduct A/B testing and continuously optimize creatives, targeting, and bidding strategies.
• Collaborate with creative, content, and analytics teams to deliver impactful campaigns.
• Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in performance marketing.

Requirements:

• Minimum

  3 years of hands-on experience

  in managing large-scale performance marketing campaigns.
• Proven ability to achieve and exceed campaign KPIs.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and ad platform dashboards.
• Excellent understanding of audience segmentation, retargeting strategies, and conversion optimization.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
