About the Role: Hookseek is seeking an experienced Senior SEO Specialist with proven expertise in modern SEO practices, Answer Engine Optimization (AEO), and Search Generative Experience (SGE). This role is critical to driving the company’s organic visibility across traditional search engines as well as AI-powered answer engines like Google AI Overview, ChatGPT, and others. You will work closely with internal stakeholders and external consultants to execute a technically sound, content-driven SEO strategy that meets the evolving demands of how people search today. Key Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive SEO audits covering technical, on-page, and off-page SEO Implement solutions to address SPA (Single Page Application) indexing issues and improve crawlability Optimize website metadata, internal linking, URL structures, and schema markup Lead keyword research and content mapping aligned with AEO and SGE trends Develop and implement schema strategies (FAQ, How-To, Organization, Product, etc.) to enhance visibility in featured snippets and answer engines Collaborate with content teams to produce AI-ready content (fact-based, structured, query-driven) Monitor performance using GA4, GSC, SEMrush, and other SEO tools Stay current with changes in search engine algorithms and emerging search technologies Work with external SEO consultants to prioritize, execute, and track strategic initiatives Provide regular performance reports, insights, and actionable next steps. Requirements: Minimum 4–5 years of hands-on SEO experience, including technical and content SEO Deep understanding of search engine algorithms, crawling/indexing, and JavaScript SEO Proven expertise in AEO (Answer Engine Optimization), featured snippets, and zero-click search strategies Working knowledge of SGE (Search Generative Experience) and tools like ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, etc. Strong grasp of schema.org markup and structured data best practices Experience with modern web frameworks (e.g., React, Next.js) and solving related SEO issues Advanced proficiency in Google Search Console, Google Analytics 4, Screaming Frog, and SEO tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.) Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills Ability to work independently and coordinate cross-functionally with designers, developers, and marketers How Do We Hire: We don’t care about degrees—we care about skills. About We are looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist with a proven track record in delivering large-scale, results-driven campaigns. This is a remote-based role open exclusively to candidates currently residing in Kerala, India . Key Responsibilities: Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across channels such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other digital platforms. Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics to ensure ROI targets are met. Conduct A/B testing and continuously optimize creatives, targeting, and bidding strategies. Collaborate with creative, content, and analytics teams to deliver impactful campaigns. Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in performance marketing. Requirements: Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in managing large-scale performance marketing campaigns. Proven ability to achieve and exceed campaign KPIs.
