Role Description

Were on the lookout for a passionate Full-Stack Developer whos comfortable working across modern web stacks and also has a good grip on WordPress. Youll be helping us build and scale our SaaS products, while also maintaining and expanding our WordPress ecosystem (themes, plugins, site integrations).

This is a full-time, onsite role where you’ll be an important part of our small, creative team. You’ll work closely with our founder, designer, and team to ship real products that people love.

What You’ll Do

• Build and scale full-featured SaaS web applications
• Develop modern frontends using React/Next.js
• Design and maintain backend systems (Node.js, Python, etc.)
• Work on WordPress theme/plugin development and integrations
• Integrate third-party APIs, including chat and messaging platforms
• Build real-time features using tools like WebSockets or Firebase
• Set up secure authentication, user management, and database logic
• Troubleshoot and optimize performance across the stack

✅ What We’re Looking For

• Experience building and maintaining SaaS applications
• Good experience with React.js or Next.js
• Proficient in backend tech (Node.js, Python, or similar)
• Understanding of REST APIs, DB design, and authentication
• Familiarity with deployment and cloud tools (Firebase, Vercel, AWS)
• Optional but great: experience with chat/messaging APIs
• Bonus: Interest in AI, RAG, or GPT-based tools

💡Added Points

• Experience with WebSockets or real-time systems
• Firebase (Firestore, Auth, Cloud Functions)
• WooCommerce or WordPress multisite
• Strong debugging and performance optimization skills
• Comfortable with Git, CLI tools, and deployment workflows

Qualifications

Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks

Bachelor's degree

Experience in working with Firebase, Vercel, REST APIs, and authentication is a plus

Experience with Wordpress plugin development is a plus
