We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Developer (Team Lead) who can drive technical excellence and lead our development team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable web applications using PHP and modern web technologies.
• Work across the full technology stack (front-end & back-end) to ensure smooth integration and performance.
• Lead and mentor a team of developers; provide strong technical guidance and support.
• Participate in and lead meetings, daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and client discussions.
• Prepare and present technical documentation, project updates, and reports.
• Collaborate with product managers, UI/UX designers, and stakeholders to meet project goals.
• Implement best coding practices, maintain code quality, and ensure application security.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.

Technical Requirements:

• Strong expertise in PHP (Core PHP, Laravel, or similar frameworks)
• Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery
• Experience with React.js or Angular.js (preferred)
• Solid understanding of MySQL / PostgreSQL / MongoDB
• Knowledge of RESTful APIs & Web Services

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Experience with Agile/Scrum development methodology
• Prior experience in product-based or fast-paced agency environments
