POSITION OVERVIEW:

Full Stack Developer

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Backend & API Development:

• Design, build, and maintain REST APIs and backend services in Python (Flask/Django/FastAPI).
• Implement authentication, RBAC, and secure API practices.
• Build integrations with relational databases (MySQL/PostgreSQL) and caching systems (Redis).

Frontend Development:

• Develop responsive user interfaces using HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (vanilla or frameworks).
• Ensure cross-browser compatibility and optimized performance.

System Administration & Automation:

• Write automation scripts and tooling in Bash/Python.
• Debug and troubleshoot Linux-based systems (systemd, logs, permissions).
• Configure Nginx/Apache reverse proxies and containerize applications using Docker.

Quality & Monitoring:

• Write unit/integration tests; participate in code reviews and CI/CD.
• Monitor application health, troubleshoot production issues, and optimize performance.
• Document APIs, features, deployment steps, and runbooks.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in full stack web development.
• Strong understanding of Python (with Flask/Django/FastAPI).
• Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3.
• Working knowledge of Linux administration and Bash scripting.
• Familiarity with Git workflows, SQL databases, and REST API concepts.
