Key Responsibilities:

1. Full Stack Development:

○ Lead the development of our platform using Next JS, Node JS, PostgreSQL, and

AWS.

○ Design, develop, and maintain backend services and APIs to support our

platform.

○ Ensure high performance and responsiveness of the applications.

2. System Design and Architecture:

○ Attention to detail with a deep understanding of system design and UI/UX

principles.

○ Develop scalable and efficient architecture to support a growing user base and

feature set.

3. Problem Solving and Proactive Approach:

○ Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.

○ Identify and address performance bottlenecks, bugs, and other technical issues.

4. Risk Taking and Fast Execution:

○ Execute faster to experiment quickly, adapting to changes and new challenges

with ease.

○ Take calculated risks to push the boundaries of what’s possible.

5. Impactful Work and Responsibility:

○ Enjoy and seek out impactful work with more responsibility.

○ Lead by example, mentoring junior developers and setting the standard for code

quality and best practices.

6. Collaboration and Innovation:

○ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.

○ Foster a culture of creativity, innovation, and collaboration within the tech team.

Qualifications:

● 1 - 3 years of experience in software development.

● Expertise in Next JS, Node JS, PostgreSQL, and AWS.

● Strong understanding of system design and UI/UX principles.

● Demonstrated ability to lead projects and mentor junior developers.

● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

● Hunger for becoming the best software developer and a risk-taking appetite.
