Continuously iterate on designs based on feedback and performance metrics. Stay updated with industry trends, design tools, and best practices in UX/UI. Requirements Proven experience as a UX/UI Designer or similar role. Strong portfolio showcasing web and/or mobile app design projects. Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar. Understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices. Knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Attention to detail with a passion for creating intuitive user experiences. Nice to Have Experience working in agile development environments. Familiarity with design systems and component libraries. Knowledge of accessibility (WCAG) standards.
