Key Responsibilities: Generate leads via Upwork, Freelancer, LinkedIn, and outbound strategies Craft persuasive proposals and cover letters tailored to international clients Pitch IT services to potential B2B clients across freelancing platforms and direct channels Manage leads and client relationships using tools like Zoho CRM Regular follow-ups and pipeline tracking to convert prospects into long-term clients ⸻ ✅ Preferred Skills: Strong written & verbal English communication Experience with proposal writing and cold outreach Exposure to tools like Zoho CRM, cold email tools is a plus Strategic thinking with the ability to work independently and within a team Compensation: Salary as per industry standards & candidate capability — no bar for the right talent Performance-based incentives and growth bonuses Why Join CipherCru?
