We’re looking for a passionate Full Stack Developer with a strong foundation in Python and experience in building scalable backend systems for high-traffic applications. The ideal candidate has a solid understanding of D2C or e-commerce platforms and can work across the stack to build performant and user-centric digital experiences. You’ll be part of a fast-paced, product-driven team, working on systems that directly impact growth, conversions, and customer experience. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using Python (Django, FastAPI, or Flask). Build, document, and maintain RESTful and GraphQL APIs. Work with relational and non-relational databases like PostgreSQL and MongoDB. Collaborate with DevOps to manage AWS infrastructure (EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, etc.). Contribute to front-end codebases built with React.js and Next.js. Optimize application performance and ensure high availability and reliability. Participate in architecture discussions, code reviews, and agile ceremonies. Translate business needs (especially around e-commerce flows like checkout, inventory, pwersonalization, etc.) into scalable tech solutions. Required Skills and Experience: 4–5 years of experience as a full stack developer with a strong backend focus. Proficient in Python and modern web frameworks (Django, FastAPI, etc.). Experience working with PostgreSQL and MongoDB . Solid understanding of AWS services and cloud infrastructure best practices. Strong knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript , with hands-on experience in React.js and Next.js . Familiarity with e-commerce Strong debugging, optimization, and system design skills. Preferred Background: Experience working in D2C brands , e-commerce startups , or marketplace platforms . Exposure to high-volume traffic systems and performance tuning. Understanding of A/B testing, user segmentation, analytics tools, etc. Nice to Have: Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines. Familiarity with SEO fundamentals and server-side rendering. Knowledge of pwersonalization engines or recommendation systems. Show more Show less
