Full Stack Developer

About The Role

We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Developer with 3+ years of expertise in buildingscalable web applications. You will be responsible for designing and developing both backendservices and frontend interfaces, ensuring seamless integration, performance, and userexperience. This role requires strong problem-solving skills, a deep understanding of modernweb technologies, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain RESTful/GraphQL APIs and backend services. Build and enhance responsive, high-quality frontend applications using modernframeworks. Collaborate with product, design, and DevOps teams to deliver end-to-end solutions. Implement secure authentication, authorization, and role-based access. Work with databases (SQL & NoSQL) – schema design, optimization, and queries. Ensure performance, scalability, and security across frontend and backend systems. Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following best practices. Debug and troubleshoot issues across the stack. Participate in code reviews and mentor junior developers. Stay updated with new tools, technologies, and industry trends.

Required Skills & Qualifications

 Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent experience. 3+ years of professional experience as a Full Stack/Backend/Frontend Developer. Proficiency in backend frameworks: Python (FastAPI/Django/Flask) or Node.js(Express/NestJS). Strong knowledge of frontend technologies: React.js/Next.js, JavaScript/TypeScript,HTML5, CSS3, Tailwind. Experience with databases: PostgreSQL/MySQL and MongoDB/Redis. Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure). Strong understanding of REST APIs, microservices, and authentication mechanisms(JWT, OAuth2, RBAC). Good knowledge of Git, CI/CD pipelines, testing frameworks. Strong problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills.Good to Have Experience with state management (Redux, Zustand, Recoil) in frontend. Exposure to Kafka, RabbitMQ, or event-driven architecture. Knowledge of caching strategies and performance optimization. Familiarity with monitoring tools (Grafana, Prometheus, ELK). Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.Why Join Us? Work with a modern and versatile tech stack (React, Node.js/Python, MongoDB,Redis, Kubernetes). Opportunity to own end-to-end product development. Collaborative and innovative work culture. Competitive compensation with growth opportunities. Onsite role in Gurugram, working closely with leadership and tech teams.Skills: databases,mongodb,node.js,javascript frameworks,react.js
