Job Description

  • Job Title: Full Stack Architect – React & .NET
  • Location: Remote – India (Full-time)
  • Experience Required: 12 to 16 years of total experience, with significant hands-on architecture and full stack development expertise.

Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned

Full Stack Architect

with deep expertise in

.NET

(Core/6/7) on the backend and

React.js

on the frontend to lead the design, development, and delivery of scalable enterprise-grade web applications. The ideal candidate will possess a strong architectural mind-set, a product-oriented approach, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams in a remote-first environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and architect scalable, secure, and high-performance full-stack web applications.
  • Define application architecture, technology stack, coding standards, and deployment patterns.
  • Collaborate with product managers, UX designers, and developers to convert business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Guide technical teams through architecture decisions, design reviews, and code reviews.
  • Provide hands-on leadership, mentoring, and direction to development teams.
  • Ensure alignment with DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud deployment strategies (preferably Azure or AWS).
  • Research and evaluate emerging technologies, tools, and frameworks to drive continuous improvement.
  • Drive technical best practices, including unit testing, automation, code quality, and performance optimization.
  • Lead system integration, data migration, and API gateway strategies.
  • Experience with GraphQL, SignalR, or gRPC.
  • Familiarity with DDD (Domain-Driven Design) and Clean Architecture.
  • Knowledge of front-end testing frameworks (Jest, Cypress).
  • Exposure to enterprise-scale systems and global deployments.
  • Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 12–16 years of total experience in software development, including architecture and leadership roles.
  • 5+ years of strong hands-on experience in React.js, including hooks, Redux, and component design.
  • 8+ years of experience in .NET technologies – including .NET Core/6/7, C#, Web API, Entity Framework.
  • Strong knowledge of REST APIs, micro services architecture, and cloud-native design.
  • Experience with SQL Server and/or NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Cosmos DB, etc.).
  • Solid understanding of CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, and deployment on Azure/AWS.
  • Proficiency with modern development practices: Agile/Scrum, Git, TDD/BDD, performance tuning.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills in a remote setting.
  • Experience leading or mentoring medium-to-large teams
