About the Role

At TechLadder.ai, we’re building next-gen Voice AI Agents that automate human-like conversations for businesses.

We’re looking for a Full Stack AI Engineer (entry-level) who is strong in backend development with Python and excited to work across the stack. You’ll be contributing to real-time AI systems, backend APIs, and product integrations, while receiving mentorship from engineers who’ve worked at Microsoft, Adobe, Gojek, and Paytm.

Responsibilities

• Build & maintain backend APIs using Python (Django / FastAPI / Flask)
• Integrate AI services like Speech-to-Text, Text-to-Speech, and LLMs
• Work with real-time data (WebSockets, WebRTC, streaming APIs)
• Build and maintain frontend dashboards (React / Vue)
• Collaborate with the team on end-to-end features (design → deploy)
• Debug, test, and document code for scalability and performance
• Participate in daily standups, code reviews, and sprint planning

Requirements

• Strong in Python (Django / FastAPI / Flask)
• Solid understanding of backend fundamentals: REST APIs, authentication, databases
• Basic frontend knowledge (React/Vue, HTML, CSS, JS ES6+)
• Familiarity with Git, JSON APIs, debugging
• At least 1 prior internship or project in backend/web development
• Built & deployed at least 1 full-stack project (GitHub/project links required)
• Based in Delhi NCR preferred (remote-friendly role)

Nice-to-Haves (Bonus Skills)

• Experience with WebSockets, WebRTC, or audio streaming
• Knowledge of databases (Postgres / MongoDB) and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure)
• Passion for AI, chatbots, or voice-based technologies
