About The Role

Plural Hire is recruiting a

Full-Cycle Sales professional

for a fast-growing martech company building a category-defining AI platform focused on next-gen search and AI visibility.This is a

0→1 US GTM role

where you’ll own the entire sales motion—from opening conversations to closing revenue—while helping educate the market on AI-driven discovery.What You’ll Do
  • Own the complete sales cycle: prospecting → discovery → demos → closing
  • Build and execute a US GTM motion across different industries
  • Educate founders, CMOs, and growth leaders on AI-led search & discovery
  • Run outbound and inbound sales with clear pipeline ownership
  • Hit monthly and quarterly revenue targets
  • Share market feedback to improve positioning and product messaging
What We’re Looking For
  • 2–5 years of B2B SaaS sales experience (US market exposure strongly preferred)
  • Strong cold outbound skills (email, LinkedIn, calls, personalized outreach)
  • Confident demo and objection-handling ability
  • Can explain technical concepts (AI / SEO / martech) in simple business terms
  • Self-driven, high ownership mindset—comfortable working independently
  • Strong process orientation with hustle
Nice to Have
  • Experience selling SEO, martech, analytics, or AI-based products
  • Prior startup or early-stage GTM experience
