YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
As a Fulfilment Operations Manager, you will lead the daily running of the fulfilment unit operations, ensuring a safe, efficient, and customer-focused process at the lowest possible cost. In this role, you will:• Lead, coach, and develop the Fulfilment Operations team to secure high performance, engagement, and competence development.• Take responsibility for operational excellence across inbound, replenishment, outbound, and service execution processes.• Secure efficiency, implement improvements, and introduce new operational processes and technologies.• Collaborate closely with the Fulfilment Integration team, unit management, support functions, and external partners to ensure goods availability and timely customer order fulfilment.• Ensure compliance with IKEA’s Code of Conduct, relevant Standard Operating Procedures, and health, safety, security, and environmental regulations.• Drive the implementation of the Customer Fulfilment sustainability agenda within unit operations.• Build a culture of equality, diversity, inclusion, and well-being while securing succession planning and a strong performance culture.• Manage operations with flexibility, speed, and simplicity to deliver seamless shopping experiences and great customer value.
