Frontend Software Developer (Remote)

About the Role

Credes is building an enterprise-grade SaaS platform, and we’re looking for a Frontend Software Developer with 3–4 years of experience who can combine technical expertise with a founder’s mindset.

This role goes beyond just coding — we want someone who takes ownership of features end-to-end, thinks like a product builder, and brings creative solutions to complex challenges. You’ll work with Next.js 14, TypeScript, and modern tooling to help us shape a scalable SaaS product from the ground up.

This is a remote-only position with a fixed salary of ₹30,000/month.

Key Responsibilities

• Take complete ownership of features: idea → design → development → testing → deployment → iteration.
• Build and scale Next.js 14 applications using App Router, SSR, and SSG.
• Translate product vision into intuitive UIs, even when designs are incomplete — propose and implement creative solutions.
• Engineer enterprise-level features: multi-tenancy, RBAC, dashboards, workflows.
• Balance speed and scalability with a product-builder’s mindset — ship fast, learn, and improve.
• Actively contribute to product strategy, user experience, and design discussions, not just code.
• Required Skills & Experience

Experienced / Mastery in:

• Next.js 14 (App Router, SSR, SSG, routing, middleware, caching).
• React (functional components + modern patterns).
• TypeScript with strict mode and ESLint compliance.
• Redux Toolkit for state management.
• CSS mastery (Grid/Flexbox, BEM, CSS Modules) with TailwindCSS/PostCSS as complements.
• UI creativity: ability to design in code with a strong eye for spacing, typography, and usability.
• Enterprise SaaS patterns (multi-tenancy, RBAC, modular dashboards).
• Performance optimization (lazy loading, caching, Core Web Vitals).
• Docker, monitoring, debugging, logging.
• Chrome DevTools expertise.

Must Have:

• Strong JavaScript + data structures & algorithms foundation.
• REST API consumption (error handling, retries, pagination).
• Cross-browser compatibility + responsive design.
• UI/UX principles: ability to design user flows and interfaces.
• GitHub workflows, CI/CD pipelines, AWS EC2 deployments.
• Security best practices (XSS, CSRF, authentication flows).
• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.

Good to Have:

• GraphQL integration.
• Serverless functions (Vercel).
• Internationalization (i18n).
• WebSockets / Real-time features.
• SEO for SaaS products.
• Animations (Framer Motion / GSAP).
• Observability (logging, monitoring, APM tools).

Qualifications

• 3–4 years of experience building SaaS applications.
• Proven ability to create creative UI solutions and solve enterprise-level problems.
• Strong ownership mindset: you identify opportunities, not just complete tasks.
• Desire to contribute to product vision, not just implementation.
