Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and Maintain Modern Interfaces:

  Build

  responsive, accessible, and visually appealing

  web applications using

  React, Tailwind CSS, and shadcn/ui

  , ensuring pixel-perfect implementation from design mockups (Figma/Sketch/Adobe XD).

• Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams:

  Work closely with

  designers, back-end developers, and product managers

  to implement new features, improve existing functionality, and maintain a consistent design system.

• Optimise for Performance and Scalability:

  Ensure

  UI/UX designs are technically feasible

  , optimise web applications for

  speed, scalability, SEO, and accessibility (WCAG standards)

  , and guarantee compatibility across devices and browsers.

• Write Clean, Maintainable Code:

  Follow

  best practices

  in coding, testing, and version control. Write

  modular, reusable, and well-documented

  code with strong attention to maintainability and scalability.

• Troubleshoot and Debug:

  Identify, diagnose, and fix front-end issues, performance bottlenecks, and cross-browser inconsistencies to ensure smooth user experiences.

• Implement Modern UI Patterns:

  Use

  shadcn/ui, Tailwind, and Framer Motion

  (where applicable) to deliver

  modern, interactive, and animated interfaces

• Stay Ahead of Trends:

  Keep up with the

  latest front-end frameworks, libraries, and best practices

  . Proactively suggest improvements to workflows, design systems, and tooling.

Requirements:

• Experience:

  4+ years of professional experience in front-end development, with a strong portfolio of modern web applications.

• Core Skills:

  Proficiency in

  HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (ES6+)

  .

• Frameworks/Libraries:

  Hands-on experience with

  React

  and modern UI libraries.

• UI/Styling:

  Expertise in

  Tailwind CSS

  and

  shadcn/ui

  (or similar component libraries) to build elegant, scalable, and reusable UI components.

• Modern UI Practices:

  Strong understanding of

  responsive design, accessibility (a11y), and cross-browser compatibility

  .

• API Integration:

  Familiarity with

  RESTful APIs

  and integration with back-end services.

• Tooling:

  Experience with

  Webpack, Vite, or other build tools

  , and package managers like

  NPM/Yarn

• Version Control:

  Proficiency with

  Git/GitHub/GitLab

• Design Sensibility:
