Job Overview

QA Engineer with 3+ years

Eligibility Criteria:

• 3+ years of relevant experience
• Immediate joiners or candidates available to join within 15 days.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and execute test cases for different types of testing (Sanity, Functional, Regression, Integration, etc.).
• Perform API Testing using Postman and ensure proper validation of RESTful services.
• Document test plans, test cases, and test results, maintaining clear test flow documentation.
• Log and track defects using tools like JIRA, ensuring timely resolution.
• Design, develop, and maintain test automation scripts using Selenium and PyTest.
• Work with and manage CI/CD pipelines to integrate testing into the development workflow.
• Continuously identify and recommend improvements to enhance software quality and user experience.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 3+ years of professional experience in Manual and Automation Testing.
• Hands-on experience with Selenium and PyTest (a strong advantage).
• Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and database technologies (PostgreSQL/MySQL).
• Proficiency with version control systems (Git).
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and their integration with automated testing.
• Experience working in an Agile development environment.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and keen attention to detail.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Nice to Have

• Experience with performance testing tools.
• Familiarity with containerisation (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Understanding of security testing best practices.
