Role Responsibilities Develop and maintain the frontend of hospital management software solutions. Collaboration with designers to create intuitive user interfaces. Implement responsive web design for optimal user experience across devices. Integrate frontend components with RESTful APIs. Write clean, maintainable, and testable code. Participate in code reviews to ensure high code quality standards. Debug and troubleshoot frontend issues in a timely manner. Collaborate with backend developers to optimize the overall application performance. Stay updated with the latest frontend technologies and best practices. Participate in project planning and estimation activities. Provide technical support and mentorship to junior developers. Conduct user testing and gather feedback for ongoing improvement. Utilize version control systems to manage codebase. Document code and processes for future reference. Engage in continuous learning to enhance your skill set and contribute to team growth. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field. Proven experience in frontend development for web applications. Strong proficiency in JavaScript and modern frameworks like ReactJS. Experience with HTML and CSS, including pre-processors like SASS or LESS. Familiarity with RESTful services and API integrations. Understanding of UI/UX principles and best practices. Knowledge of version control systems, preferably Git. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Effective communication skills for collaborating with team members. Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects. Familiarity with Agile methodologies is a plus. Experience with hospital management software is an advantage. Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks. Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies. Positive attitude and a team player. Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience.
