As a Front Desk Supervisor, your primary responsibility is to ensure outstanding customer care at all times. You will maintain a friendly, cheerful, and courteous demeanor while interacting with guests and handling inquiries and reservations. Your role includes responding to telephone and in-person inquiries, utilizing suggestive selling techniques to increase revenue, and supervising daily shift processes to ensure adherence to standard operating procedures. In addition, you will be responsible for training, directing, and resolving issues for the front desk team members. It will be your duty to coach and counsel team members to maintain a high-quality operation. You will also play a crucial role in resolving customer issues, complaints, and problems efficiently to uphold customer satisfaction and service quality. Furthermore, part of your responsibilities will involve allocating rooms to expected arrivals based on guest preferences and special requests. Your attention to detail in this aspect will contribute to the overall guest experience and satisfaction.,
